Skull Candy Takes over the Street with Giant Headphones made by RPG

Skullcandy tapped RPG to help them TURN UP THE VOLUME for their July, 2011 IPO. Skullcandy is a leading audio brand that reflects the collision of music, fashion and action sports lifestyles. The brand and distinctive logo symbolize youth and rebellion, and embody their motto, “Every revolution needs a soundtrack.”

An IPO is a big deal that requires big noise. Knowing this, RPG designed, engineered and manufactured over-sized headphones that were heard around the globe, from The Street to the street. With a first-rate guerrilla marketing campaign, jumbo headsets covered city landmarks, from the Wall Street Bull to Central Park to Robert Indiana’s LOVE sculpture. The campaign incited amazing buzz among the press, bloggers and consumers.
